AERO-SPORT Pilot Training

Welcome to the AERO-SPORT du Grand Duché de Luxembourg.

AERO-SPORT is a non-profit-making organisation and the largest and most active aviation club in Luxembourg. We have more than 600 members and a fleet of 11 aircraft. Our aircraft are 2 new Cessna 172SP with Garmin G1000 all glass avionics, 3 Cessna 172, 1 Cessna 182 (IFR), 1 Cessna TR182 (IFR) and 4 Piper 28-161. Come and see us at the club house and get an introduction to one of mankind's oldest dreams - flying! Initiation flights can be arranged by our Office.

Become a member! Print the application form ( English - Français ), fill it in and send it to the Club Office.

The approved flying school of AERO-SPORT (texte en français) offers flight training and ground courses for the Private Pilot License (JAR-FCL).

Aéro-Sport's approved FTO, Luxembourg Flight Training Academy asbl (LFTA) offers instrument rating courses (IR(A)), as well as training courses for Commercial (CPL) and Air Transport Pilot Licenses (ATPL). For simulator training and check-outs, LFTA uses an approved Mechtronix Ascent Turboprop Trainer (FNPT II MCC).

Flight training at the AERO-SPORT flying school can be your starting point for a career as a professional pilot. Many pilots who received their initial training at our club, are today successful professional pilots in Luxembourg and elsewhere.
